Our Mobile Heavy-Duty Diesel Oil Change includes high-quality heavy-duty diesel motor oil and a new oil filter selected to meet your vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s specifications. Heavy-duty diesel oil is formulated to protect hardworking engines against heat, wear, soot, sludge, deposits, and oil breakdown. It helps maintain proper lubrication and dependable performance under demanding operating conditions, including towing, hauling, commercial use, and extended run times. Every oil change also includes a complimentary 33-point vehicle inspection, and applicable service records are submitted to CARFAX through our professional service shop portal. Pricing may vary depending on oil capacity, required oil type, filter size, and vehicle or equipment specifications.


Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy Booking Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or by email and are not confirmed until you receive approval from MRK Creative Designs. Please provide accurate information about the vehicle, equipment, service, and location when booking. Additional repairs, parts, labor, or travel not included in the original request may result in additional charges or require another appointment. Some services may require a deposit, diagnostic fee, service-call fee, or payment authorization before confirmation. Appointment and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergency calls, parts availability, or earlier jobs. Cancellations and Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be transferred when proper notice is given but may be forfeited for late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access to the vehicle, equipment, property, or jobsite. Customers with repeated cancellations or missed appointments may be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit before scheduling future service. MRK Creative Designs may cancel or reschedule appointments because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, staffing issues, equipment failure, parts delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. No-Shows A customer may be considered a no-show when they are unavailable, cannot be contacted, fail to provide access, or do not have the vehicle or equipment ready at the scheduled time. No-shows may be charged a cancellation, travel, or service-call fee, and any deposit may be forfeited. Waitlist Customers may request to join the waitlist when their preferred appointment is unavailable. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier appointment. Available openings may be offered based on service type, urgency, location, technician availability, and scheduling efficiency. Openings may be offered to multiple customers and will be assigned to the first person who confirms. Keep your original appointment unless you receive confirmation of a new appointment time. Emergency Service Emergency, roadside, after-hours, and priority services are subject to availability and may include additional fees.
