Policies 

We believe in honesty as the best policy in today's market, which is why we have designed policies that are generous, fair, and transparent to our customers. If you have any questions about pricing, delivery, custom work, or anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us.

PRICING:
For MRK Creative Designs, our "Shop Labor Rate" is $100 per hour plus the cost of materials. 

CAD design services by MRK Creative Designs are charged at a rate of $100 per hour. This fee must be paid in advance before any design work begins.

For Laser Engraving Rates, MRK Creative Designs charges $65 per hour of burn time plus design fees. 

For Laser Cutting Rates, we calculate costs on a project-by-project basis since we use a third party for laser cutting and must adhere to their pricing policies. MRK Creative Designs will add a 3% handling fee to all laser-cutting orders.

It is our promise to provide the best quality service and craftsmanship to every customer. Due to the custom nature of our completed projects, orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. However, we will provide drawings and details of a project for your approval before work begins. 

Due to the volatile nature of material prices and current inflation rates, any quote you receive will only be valid for 24 hours.

All invoices must be paid upon receipt, and unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. If you have any questions about any of our pricing policies, please feel free to contact us.

Communication:
Please note that calls to and from MRK Creative Designs are subject to monitoring and/or recording for quality assurance purposes.
